Project progress to prevent omissions
To ensure a smooth implementation of Google Workspace, we will proceed with the rollout in stages. For large organizations, we will first roll out Google Workspace to a small number of users, such as specific departments, and then monitor their usage to optimize the settings. After that, we will rollout Google Workspace to all users.
At the start of the project, we will hold a kickoff meeting of approximately two hours to thoroughly discuss the project's requirements and progress. At this point, we will prepare an organizational chart and a task management sheet for progress management, and establish a system for the project to proceed without any omissions. We will also hold several regular meetings after the kickoff to discuss any additional requirements with the client.
The duration and number of meetings will vary depending on the size of the client's company and the complexity of the implementation. In most cases, the project will be completed within one to six months.
